Protein and Fiber

We've been incredibly busy this week. I've stayed within my calorie range, but the nutrients have been all over the place. Primarily, not enough protein (although I've gotten close) and way too little fiber. I've noticed a difference in how I feel & not in a good way. I am back on track today!
