I suffer from anxiaty but is in control much better than before with medication and i always push my self and 2 years ago i go into first in a Gym and in Crunch them in Zumba and i did like it i know i was doing a ridicules of myself because when you got this anxiaty no matter what u try in some thing dont work is like u can fuction but i want to go back and try it again and i think will be something good need for my body and mind
