When my good plans fail...

When things just don't go according to plan
I am a person with goals and plans. I try to figure out how to get the most done in the least amount of time. Keeping a good attitude when life is not "cooperating is difficult! Sometimes my plans have to be put to the side. Sometimes my plans are not the most important thing for the minute.

There are moments when the plans just go out the window, and I need to focus on the people of my life. I just need to remember to pick up my plans when I'm able to. How can I stay on track? How can I stick to the plan? I make it part of my "go-to" activities. Maybe I miss a day here or there, but I work it into my schedule.
My health is important to me. I make sure and mix healthy activities into my social calendar. Having active friends makes a big difference. Maybe today I didn't get to walk, but I will get it in tomorrow and the next day! If I can't walk a mile, I can walk half a mile or around the playground at school a few times, or something.
I can, and I will.
