Just like the turtle, because of my breathing problems, I walk slow. It takes me more time than most folks to get from point a to point b. I try not to hold let that hold me back. I just have to stop frequently to catch my breath. Slowly I am increasing the number of step I do in a day. My goal was 4000 steps a day and now I am getting closer to 5000 a day. Even some days going over 5000.
And just like my step goal is getting better very slowly, my weight is slowly coming off. I just keep telling myself I can do this. I just keep telling myself like the turtle, slow, sure and resolution win the race.
