Healthy Pumpkin Cheesecake Overnight Oats

So I am going to share with you all my Delicious Overnight Oats Recipe.
For me I have created a base recipe which is dry and then scoop 1/2 cup dry into a container and add all my wets and toppings before storing overnight in the fridge.
My Dry Oats Base:
1 bag of Whole Grain Oats (Steel cut or Quick oats okay too) 1KG bag
1 small bag about 250g of Quinoa
3/4 cup of Whole Flax seeds
3/4 cup of Whole Chia Seeds
Pumpkin Cheesecake Mix:
2 8oz pack of Light Greek Yogurt Cream Cheese
1 8oz pack of regular greek yogurt Cream Cheese
1 can of Pumpkin Pie Filling (Pumpkin puree is okay too)
1/2 tsp Natural Vanilla
1/3 cup of Stevia (trivia baking mix or other brands are okay)
1 1/3 cup of real whipped cream
1/2 cup of unsweetened coconut milk
First make the dry mix and store away. Into a small Tupperware container place 1/2 cup of dry mix. Next Whip up you heavy/whip cream into a fluff and add your stevia, vanilla and cream cheese. Finish by adding the pumpkin pie filling and mix well. Take 3 heaping tablespoons of the cheesecake mix and add on top of the dry mix in the container. Top with the coconut milk and stir before placing in the fridge overnight. Place all extra cheesecake mix into a sealed separate container in the fridge for use in other things. Next morning just stir one more time and enjoy!
Makes enough for about 10 servings total.
