So it turns out this month as been more of a slacker month than anticipated...September is usually a great month for me losing weight and getting back on track but this September has been a month of maintenance and self indulgence. Well, maybe only a little indulgence but it's just been that kind of month. I am happy to report though that I feel GREAT! I currently weigh around 202 lbs and I feel great. I have been maintaining that weight for about 6 months and only fluctuate 2 to 3 lbs. It's great I can maintain but I am ready to get below 200 for good, so instead of focusing on the additional 65 lbs I decided I needed to lose I'm going to focus on 10 lbs because it's less daunting and it gets me to my current goal of being below 200 for good.
