Walking 10 K steps a day!

Every day I track my steps on a pedometer on my phone.
I am finding that tracking my steps is very motivating. I used to go for long walks, now I have to get in my exercise in spits and spurts. A little here and there really does add up! I'm amazed at how many steps I can walk in a day!
Walking helps me put my best foot forward and keeps me moving. Right now, my husband is recovering from knee surgery, and we can't walk together much. Still, I get in my steps.
from 9/1 to 9/12, I got in 235,253 steps. That is about 94 miles that I've walked this month! I'm 5'1", and there's an average of 2,515 steps in each mile that I walk.
I am quite happy with my mileage for this first month of measuring it. I have TCANNO and DeeBee to thank for their encouragement.
