I feel like I have lost my Spark. I amI am tired of exercising, tired of eating right and tired of all the challenges. I amso cught up in getting points, I have lost track of the purpose.

Right here, right now I am committing to breaking this downward spiral and going back to basics. Here iswhat I have done so far,

1. Went back to one team and want to do well
2. Recommitted to tracking all my food and exercise.
3. I am in the process of re-evaluating my exercise regimen and want to be more realistic.

    I agree! Sometimes this can be overwhelming..........sometimes I spend more time on Spark page than exercising. I guess we need to put everything in perspective and only do what really matters. I'm only on one team too......much better. Sometimes my husband says. Why don't you put your iPad away and talk to me.........time to regroup! emoticon
