It's one of the hardest things to do. If you are like me you procrastinate and put it off until you just have to do something about it. Well my health and fitness is the same way. I just couldn't take it anymore, I am very unhappy with my weight, how I feel and look that I just had to do something. So here I am again.
My new regimen is Beachbody's 21 Day Fix program. I have completed 2 workouts and I can tell what areas I'm working out. Haha I am very sore but I know my muscles are being worked and I know I am getting stronger one day at a time.
I also want to thank Sparkpeople for staying free. So many of the tracking apps I used to use now require premiums to track everything I used to for free.
