whole30 - Day 23

Friday, September 29, 2017

It's been a busy day - glad for that. Nothing major happened. I met with a friend I had not seen since June. She has been through a lot and I wasn't in town when she got in the hospital at the beginning of August. For a while, I didn't know if I wanted to keep her in my life - I still haven't decided yet but I know I missed her. So I'll see how that goes.

Whole30 is going well, no craving, lots of energy, I can focus for long period of time. All in all, it's good! I'll tell you more about my sister's birthday party that's tonight on another blog post!

Love you all! Have a great weekend xo

Oh, I have 1 of those friends. It boiled down to that no matter what I love her as much as I would a sister if I had 1. If she was an emotional abuse I'd DROP HER SO FAST she'd BOUNCE!! She's not.

PAWSOME on the no cravings etc!!
