Whole 30 - Day 27

I forgot to take a pill on Sunday evening.. so I didn't sleep well and Monday was not a good day. My sister had supper with us and my boyfriend had cooked green cabbage... it was delicious!

I remained Whole30 compliant the whole day although I did have a bit too much strawberries. Again. We still have fresh ones in Quebec - I wanna enjoy them until there's none left =D

Otherwise, I've decided that I will do a no-sugar experiment after the reintroduction phase of 15 days I planned. I will remove all fruits from my diet for 14 days. After that, I still want to do a 30-days AIP but I'll give myself a break!!

Only 3 more days!

    Some sugar if it's natural is actually good for us. To totally delete any food that's natural sorry, but we've noticed over the years, it's not really beneficial. Of course, you know if your body reacts negatively to sugar, even natural sugar so it's a decision only you can make.

    Fruit is healthy to have but I am sure you will be careful how you do your sugar free trial. There is a team here in SP to stop sugar. I think it is called "sweet tooth". Good luck! You are doing great! emoticon

    emoticon emoticon I'm glad you have decided to keep the sugar at bay. This is not and has not be an easy task to do.

    I have also decided to give up sugar completely after hubby and I come back from a short vacation we are taking. It would be too hard for me to do it then, and I would feel like a failure. Something I don't want to do.

    After following you and watching your ups and downs, I have come to the conclusion that you have made great strides with mood swings, energy, healthy choices, exercise, and determination to see things through. This has been a win win situation for you. So Isabelle I am also jumping on the bandwagon. Not going to enjoy the first few days, but if you can do it, so can I.

    3 days left and there you go. Seems like a life time ago you started and yet it also seems like yesterday. I give you such credit for hanging in there Isabelle. Now you know you have the stuff to make things work for you. Hoping this day is better for you.
