Whole 30 - Day 29

Thursday, October 05, 2017

Today is the last day! But let's make a recap of yesterday.

Nothing major except that I am now busier at work. I'm glad, it makes me feel useful/needed. Good feeling!

I've been having a lot of pain lately, in my bones and muscles. I need to look it up maybe there is something missing from my diet that I need to address. I am reintroducing cheese tomorrow so maybe that'll be solved by eating a bit more calcium.

I can't wait to report the results tomorrow - been talking to myself to not be disappointed by the numbers! Everything I gained is already worth the efforts!

Also want to say "thank you" to all of you. You've been invaluable in the completion of this journey and I couldn't be more happy to have you all in my life.

Here to another great day! Peace xo

Isabelle, consider that electrolyte balance could also be more the issue... too low magnesium/potassium have a strong connection to muscle aches and pains.

Cheese is good, in small quantities, just don't forget that many veggies and nuts also are good sources of calcium. Keep your bones fit with plenty of weight bearing exercise as well, movement often relieves joint pain.
    Tomorrow, woohoo! emoticon

I hope the 30 day diet didn't hurt you in any way. I am so impressed that you did it for a whole month! I read an article here in SparkPeople about Keto and Paleo, and it is too dangerous for me to do; not good for me. That's why I have been interested in your sugar test. emoticon Are you getting a blood test tomorrow? Is that the test you are talking about? I hope the numbers are GREAT! emoticon

emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon See Isabelle you are capable of doing something like this. High five! This has been a great journey for you. You've learned a lot of what does and does not work. My you have come such a long way. I am so proud that you were able to accomplish this, I can't even begin to tell you. Thank you for sharing this journey. You have given me insight on how to do my own journey. I am now planning for shopping and meals. I won't do a lot of fish, actually no fish, but chicken and turkey are high on my list.

Hoping tomorrow no matter what it is, will be better than before. Kudos to you Isabelle! emoticon
