I got to my sister's this morning before she went to work and told her about my project of baking crackers... to which she answered 'I hope it's not paleo crackers' ...
hum.. lol yes
She clarified that the last time I baked some, they were not crisp enough and I had not liked them. I thanked her for the reminder (I had forgotten) and proceeded to tell her, it was, indeed, paleo crackers !!!
But her comment stayed in my mind and they are crispy crackers, not mushy ones! I made 3 different kinds, one recipe twice with different spices.
That one is a recipe taken from Primal Palate ( www.primalpalate
) that I tweaked a bit, instead of thyme and rosemary, I used paprika. I did the original recipe too.
That one is a recipe taken Eat drink Paleo ( eatdrinkpaleo.com.au/pal
), I used dijon mustard instead of the one listed.
They are both crispy and yummy!!!
Cheese experiment: good!
