I Wish I Could Lose Weight

This one is personal for me...i didn't start serious losing until I started regular walking!

    Awesome! Yup . . . . .muscles are the furnace in the body . . . . burns calories, so the more muscle you have, the more cals you burn. And besides that, muscles are sleeker than fat! 1 lb. of fat = 1 lb. of muscle, BUT muscle takes less room. That's why you look sleeker the more muscle you have.
