Week 3 of the reboost

It is week 3.
So far I have consistently come onto SP & tracked my food...every day except for one.
I went to the gym twice which is not what I want but it's a start.
I've identified what I need to do to increase my exercise: go to bed earlier so I can exercise in the morning before work.
That is amazingly hard for me. I am a night person and so is my husband. He's supportive of my plan but isn't changing his late night habit.
Hopefully he can learn to be quieter when coming to bed.
