Difficulty getting back on track...

I'm starting to slide back to old unhealthy ways! It's a scary time...I've been here before. Over the past almost 10 months I've stayed on track with fitness, eating, and living healthy. I've lost close to 50 lbs. I feel fabulous...but I've had some stress to deal with lately and I went on a vacation. The vacation to Italy was magnificent...came back only 2.5 lbs. heavier. That was last week. Unfortunately this week I'm still in vacation mode. Not eating properly, certainly not moving enough and not drinking nearly enough water. I've got to find a way to get myself back into a healthier way of living. I know how easily that 50 lbs. can creep back...much quicker than the months it took me to lose it.
Any ideas my Spark friends?
