Saturday - Rest Day

Today is Saturday and I am taking a rest day. I have been working hard and exercising every day this week. I have 1 more pound to go to reach 60 pounds lost since January. I am now getting new clothes (and still need more). Can't wait to get down to my goal, but am enjoying the ride getting there. Starting weight in January was 228 - now I weigh 169. WooHoo!!!
