October review, November goals!

I'd like to take this opportunity to review the goals I set for myself October 1st and set my goals for the upcoming month :)
My first October goal was to lose a minimum of 10 lbs. I met that goal, but just barely. Don't get me wrong, I'm THRILLED with the loss, but there are things I could have done better in order to have a bigger net loss for the month (I have a significant amount of weight to lose, so I have some time before my weight loss starts slowing down).
My second goal was to workout six days/week. I met that goal as well, with no problems.
My third goal was to only have one splurge meal per week. I did ok with that, but not great. I had an especially bad weekend after my mom's surgery. I spent several more days at her house than I had planned, but she needed me and I won't beat myself up about it.
My fourth goal for October was to limit my car intake. Again, I did alright, but could have done better in choosing which carbs I ate.
All of that leads me to my November goals:
1. Continue working out six days/week, with at least four days/week of double workouts. My husband and I will be graduating to 21 Day Fix Extreme next week, so I'll do that with him in the mornings before he goes to work and then I'll do 40 minutes of treadmill/elliptical/bike in the afternoons. I want to ramp up my metabolism going into the holiday season.
2. I will stay within my calories every single day, with wiggle room for one day when I am out of town in a couple of weeks.
3. THANKSGIVING-We're hosting again this year, so I will make a huge batch of roasted veggies to be main course (I'm a vegetarian). I will eat a small amount of vegetarian stuffing and mashed potatoes. My one splurge will be wine (one of our guests works at a vineyard and brings fantastic dry reds...I've been abstaining from alcohol the past six weeks, so I have no guilt about splurging on Thanksgiving). I never worry about desserts because I absolutely despise holiday desserts (pies=blech!)
4. I have a pretty lofty weight loss goal: 15 lbs. My average monthly weight loss has been 15 lbs and I want to keep that up through the holiday season. I'm aiming high, but I will be thrilled with a 10 lb loss again if I don't make my ultimate goal. This will be accomplished by eating clean foods: egg whites, beans/lentils, veggies, small amounts of fruit, healthy fats and moderate amounts of complex carbs, primarily sweet potatoes.
So, this is what I'm hoping to accomplish in November. It feels great to have a plan! The holidays are tough and I don't want to get through Thanksgiving just to find myself having to re-lose weight that I have gained back. The real challenge will be December (Christmas, Channukah and my birthday!)
