Walking Meets Energy!

I have been walking 2 miles 3x Times weekly for the last 2 weeks. I am so grateful that I am able to do this again after 2 years. I feel great after the walk with so MUCH more energy. I can actually see myself slimming down, wow! So why do I struggle getting started on some days? It makes no sense, when I figure it out I will let you know, until then I will keep walking with a smile on my face 😁 later! Keep pushing!
