Week one Marathon training

So I have a UTI and missed 2 runs, but I got my long run in yesterday and was impressed with my time. I ran with friends that I don't normally run with and they really encouraged me to keep going. I increased my water intake. I have been really struggling with that. I am doing a low carb diet because that is what works for me. I have 10 or so more pounds to go but am plateauing now. Pretty happy with the 30 lbs I have lost already.
