Luxury David Lloyd gym for 2 weeks plus Jessica smith free utube workouts
This is my first week of the latest chapter in the weightloss journey, have moved to our new location.
This week I have resolved to hit 50 fitness minutes a day. I have also discovered sugar free porridge pots from the BP service station of all places. Only 200 kcal each and yummy and filling ! I also have loved cottage cheese and pineapple...I think I will try making my own filling and delicious, a great blood sugar level stabiliser.
I have decided to go preservative free ! I have lost 2 KG ! So I am pleased.
Next week I have decided to try a bodyattack/Body combat class. We have a few great gym options locally so I am doing fortnight taster offers at each one to see what I like best. I have started with the luxury option (only the best for me !). I am going into the second week.
