On Sunday, I received a message from Teresa, a friend and my former personal trainer. She wanted me to test out an online coaching program for her. I said sure! I would love to test the program with her. She knows what a hard time I am having losing weight with all the stressors in my life.

The first 3 days appear to be all able preparing for change. I think it is great. I enjoy waking up and looking up my email and seeing the first post.
It has definitely kept me a bit more motivated these last 3 days. However, I have found that I use SparkPeople in conjunction to the program as I enjoy logging my food and exercise and this place also gives me an area to write down my thoughts which means a lot. Definitely without the PN program, I don’t think I would be keeping up
With SparkPeople so the coaching is definitely helping.
