Here's my update! All good!!

I am so happy with my weight loss this year! I lost about 20 pounds! Overall since starting Sparkpeople I've gone from 188 pounds to, as of this morning, 147.5!! This is over the course of many years , many triumphs and many setbacks. Also I'm in the process of quitting smoking! I'm doing it gradually because it works best for me. I've gone from a pack and a half a day to 15 cigarettes over night! A week after the New year I'm going down to 12. I'm wearing a size 10 in jeans!! I dropped 4 sizes in a month! (Though the flu helped with that lol). I'm eating healthy and exercising for the first time in my life! I have more energy and more confidence then I've had in about 10 years! I owe most of it to Crystal, basically my sister in-law. We walk a lot, make Healthy foods, and she got me into the library's craft and adult coloring classes! She has been a life saver!! My best advice on losing weight is this. Everything in moderation! And if you can find a fitness buddy do it!! These 2 things have helped me more than anything. Also lots of water!
