Day ...um... 18 already!

Okay. Here's the deal. I'm not perfect - never have been, never will be.
About once a week I have high carb days. The last one was on Dec 16. So I'm halfway to my next high carb day...that is, if I don't want to lose weight. (frame of reference, a high carb day means over 30 g total carbs; it is also code for me not being in ketosis)
So, despite the high carb day once a week, I have lost 7 pounds now. I am also in a better mood, have sounder sleep and have more energy than when I'm not in keto. I can tell I'm in keto because I have little to no appetite - this coming from someone who has a hard time not knowing when to stop eating, I'm slowly converting into someone who has a hard time to START eating. Didn't think that would ever happen! Yay me!
My KISS eating is:
- Stay under 30 g carbs total.
- Eating 6. to .8 g of protein per pound of LEAN mass (most ladies are around 100 # lean)
- Topping everything up with fat. I try to keep my caloric intake to around 1200 cals/day. Some days are easier than others.
