My overall goal? What do I see at the end of my "be healthier" rainbow? What's at my finish line? Life. Plan and simple. I want a longer life, a healthier life, a higher quality of life, an active life, a truly lived life, and a purposeful life. To achieve all of these I need to start small and replace bad habits with good habits. So my first baby step is to reduce blatant sugar foods in my diet with "real" food choices. To be continued...
