I'm back on Spark after leaving it for awhile, being more active in Weight Watchers. This has worked for me, but I slowly found myself putting some of my weight back on. Especially after retiring, earlier than planned and due to a physical injury, my weight loss journey suffered a little. But I'm back on track, and made it through the holidays in good shape.
Now I have just 10-1/2 pounds to get back to my earlier weight, and I still hope to lose a few more pounds after that. I have signed up for the Biggest Loser contest, and right now I'm going through the 1-week sugar fast. These challenges are really helping me to plan new meals, and stay motivated.
I will return to Weight Watchers as soon as I get back to my goal weight, as then I can return as a free Lifetime member again. So I have added motivation to reach my goals!
Here's to a new start; Not waiting for the New Year to begin healthy habits!!!
