Don't know what to do

Well, I have been pretty good. A few days I didn't have time to track foods, because we were gone so much this weekend. I am not sure if I should keep trying this new eating plan (staying around 1500 calories per day and if exercise to add that many more in for my BMR range) OR if I should cut back to 1300-1400 net calories per day. I seem to be gaining, but I have been stuck for 13 weeks that I don't know what to think. This past weekend I was able to get out and enjoy some water. I actually put on a swim suit that I have not been in for at least 2 years.
Saturday I did some Slim in 6 about 30 minutes of burn it up.
Well, I will keep at it, I have no other choice and I am not giving up.
