Last day of the year

I am thinking i want to avoid eating food with added sugar . I don't know exactly what too much added sugar is...i know if sugar is towards the front of the ingredient list it means too much sugar...for now. ...today...i want to avoid foods that are obviously for entertainment, like desserts. I cannot think of any reason to eat cookies or cake beside recreation... And for the most part i end up regretting it when i consume it and it is rarely as tasty or satisfying in my mouth as it was in my imagination , So i want more. And there is never enough...so one is tooo many for me, most of the time...so best course is to avoid it. It is 1:40 am sunday. Let me end the year without desserts.
And i want to write down what i eat too....
