Goals for 2018

I’ve been inspired to write out some goals. Here are my specific ones.
1) Reach and maintain my “fighting weight.” I consider myself a Lightweight which is the range 130-135 pounds. Last year my weight fluctuated between 130.6 and 141.4. I need to pay closer attention to my snacking. I log my weight on the Fitbit app and it syncs to SparkPeople
2) Walk 5,000,000 steps. Last year I walked more than that, but I know if continue to focus on steps, it allows me to slack off on strength training. Fitbit counts my steps and syncs them to SparkPeople
3) Strength training 2-3 times a week. This is my weakest point and I’m going to start tracking this on a thread that will keep me accountable.
4) Organize my photos, emails and paperwork. I know how to do this, but I always put this on the back burner. This year I’m going to make it a higher priority. I’ll be tracking my progress on a calendar (I already started this last year).
I also intend to begin taking classes again, but I’m putting that plan off until I have a better sense of what job changes I’ll be facing.
