Where did I go? And which day is it?

Holidays- poo! Those are over now and it's time to get organized and get back to moving forward. I enjoy the holidays because I get to spend extra time with family, but it can also be overwhelming and draining. I cleaned my living room today- yay! I get to start using my 2018 planner- yay! I weighed in. I haven't done measurements, but I will do that sometime today. It's a busy work day, but I can do things in my time, so that's great. I am already tired and it's only 10am. I am working on implementing some changes in my life to help my sleeping. The dr says it's a neurological disorder but my understanding is that they don't really have PROOF of that, so I'm going to do what I can do on my end to help me sleep. I'm starting the 5% challenge on Saturday. I have 12 pounds to lose in 8 weeks I believe. That's doable. If I lose 12 pounds every 8 weeks, I'll need to do it for 60 weeks to meet my goal.
