Weight: lose 24 lb


no eating at work
avoid sweets and junk food 4+ days per week
replace sweets with more fruits and veggies
train according to plan

    Week one: met food goals 100%, but missed all fitness goals. Kid home from school with no one to watch him. Husband at work. Anxious to get my workouts in!
