For the past 38 days I have a ride my bike every day. Well, except one day but we won’t talk about that.
I’m trying to get into shape, I started with riding the bike and now I am limiting my diet and following spark people and and and food in. I still eat too much but I’m trying to eat less, and I’m burning more than I’m eating so that’s good.
I want to lose my extra pounds. I don’t know how much I weigh, Because my scale is broken. Ha ha! It’s going to be a slow go but I’ll get there.
