Still awake

Well, it's almost 4pm and I haven't taken a nap yet. I've had 3 cups of coffee and 2 energy pills. I'm cleaning, which is great, and listening to music so I'm definitely moving around! Tomorrow is weigh in day. My life is still chaotic but hopefully, if I can find a way to stay awake all day, I can find time to cook meals for the week and get my eating back on track.

    Sounds like keeping busy is helping you stay awake. Hope this first week of the challenge goes well for you! Good luck at weigh in. Just remember it isn't all about the scale, who am I kidding! It is about the scale but I am not going to let a not so great weigh in slow me down. Rough week for me after starting off pretty good. Just keep on trucking!
