God Is Good!

Friday, January 12, 2018

Last night my husband and I had an accident in which a car ran head on into the side of our car .The good news is that neither the occupants of the other car nor my husband had any injuries.
Since I was in the passenger seat when our right side was hit, my seat belt caused a crack in my clavicle (collar bone) which was very painful, but with good treatment in the ER and a good night's sleep in my easy chair last night, I'm felling better and controlling the pain with ibuprofen and acetaminophen. We live in a small town and the fire chief, police, and emergency personnel were there in just minutes. We are so grateful to God and a great many loving caring people who prayed for us. I'm learning how to eat.type and dress using only me left hand. since I have to wear a sling on my right to keep the right arm and collarbone immobile.

Glad you are OK. You will be awfully sore for awhile I am sure. But it could have been so much worse. Hugs
