Signed up for Real Appeal through UHC. Provides a year of coaching and support (and then nothing), with great success. Had to pledge to set my calorie range, keep it, and track ALL my food. Bleh, who wants to diet?
I read their papers and their method is successful...if you'll do the work/make/keep the commitments. Biggest concern: lots of us loose weight and most of us put it back on (me: this'll be the same 80 lbs for the 4th time). Without ongoing support, how will it be successful for the long term?
Decided perhaps lifetime WW membership'd help...near the end so it costs less.
Problem: tired, having some trouble sleeping, no energy, not doing my PT, dropping my foot.
