Facts to know:
You can't exercise away a bad diet
"It" all starts in the kitchen
I have a sleep disorder that screws with my life, and me cooking is next to impossible.
Due to these facts- I have been very hopeless about weight loss and health. I know I need to cook my food, I don't have the time or energy to do it. And if I'm going to eat crap, what's the point in working out? I'm not fueling my body correctly. Not fueling my body could be worsening the sleep disorder. Now, I have gone out and bought good food, and it goes bad. I have had food delivered- I don't cook it.
Well- **exciting part** last night I found a local company (fit flavors in St. Louis) who delivers HEALTHY, MICROWAVABLE meals. omg. I am so pumped. Do you know what this means???? I can eat healthy foods. I can fuel my body. I can cut out the bulls--- foods that I usually eat. I AM SO EXCITED. I have been trying to figure out how I could do this for the last few weeks now. Can I hire a cook? I can't really afford that! But this is an affordable option that will bring cooked food to my door. The first box arrives on Wednesday. I picked six meals, so I'll be able to see if they're good, if they're big enough, ect. and this might be something that I can do every week. I would like to have a protein shake for breakfast and lunch- that way my body has a break from processing solid food, allow snacks of grapes, carrots, or cheese during the day, and then have one of these meals for dinner.
