I have set some SMART goals for myself for this year. When looking at my "numbers"
I was surprised to find that I am within 40 lbs of my goal weight. While I am not obsessed about numbers and being a certain size/weight, I would like to hit my goal weight for a few reasons:
1~ because I know I can! 2 ~ I just want to be healthy. So here's my plan to make my goals a reality.
My SMART goal: Goal weight 162 lbs
I plan to reach my goal by December 31,2018
I plan to work towards and reach my goal by:
~ a minimum of 60 fitness minutes per week!
~ daily walking
~ follow 80/20 rule eating
I plan to track my progress once a week by weighing myself
I will plan & schedule my fitness time daily
I plan to be 182 lbs, halfway to my goal by July 31,2018.
