BLC 36 WEC: SMART Goal and Action Steps

We all need a goal once in awhile to give us something to strive for. Alot of times I have a bunch of action steps with no real #1 goal to strive for. I find myself thinking....how ever this turns out is how it turns out. As a result, I accomplish nothing when it comes to my health.
So time to do a SMART goal and work towards that. Here goes!!
MY GOAL: To lose 30 pounds by my birthday in May. What better birthday gift to give myself and hit a major milestone in my weight loss journey???
ACTION STEPS:
1) Track every BLT EVERYDAY - no days off!
2) Follow the One3One program
3) Workout 5 days a week for 30 minutes at least
Additional resources: Lose It app; the gym; Beachbody on Demand workouts; my scale
My aim to reach my goal is May 20, 2018 with a halfway check in on March 20, 2018.
And off we go!!!!
