So, I've broken up with my scale for a couple of days this week. As I am retaining water, I wouldn't be able to see what is going on anyway, besides discouraging me in the meantime.
So, after three days, I caved. Yup, I stepped on the scale today (note that the first time I typed it, I put scare....fruedian slip, non?). Anyway, I'm still retaining water. And I have gone up about half a pound. Kinda hard to tell as I have one of those analog scales (it's a dial, not a digital readout). So, no dif. NIIICE. (phew)
