Dancing the Weight Off

I've been mostly working out to 21 Day Fix with Autumn Calabrese for the last 2.5 weeks. This morning, I wanted to dance! emoticon emoticon I find that on days when I'm not motivated... I never mind dancing.

I have really enjoyed the toning / strength training in 21 Day Fix. Upper Fix is one of my favorites.

Point of this short blog, no excuses. I felt 'blah' waking up from a nightmare. I didn't blow off my workout... I chose one that I wanted to do. I'm going to keep on moving! Keep on losing weight & inches! emoticon

    I love dancing! One of the main reasons I became a Zumba instructor! Glad you still got in a work out even though you didn't feel like doing one! Way to go!

    It must be true: Great minds think alike! .... My allergy pills kicked my booty and woke up feeling completely drugged! ......... SO i cranked up the tunes and sweated that garbage out of my system ..... 40 minutes of rocking out to fun music and now i feel alive and well again! .... It WORKS!! ... love the blog...... emoticon for losing weight AND inches!! You ROCK ...... emoticon
