There's an upside

I felt pretty bad about yesterday's dinner fiasco, but today, as soon as I had my coffee, euphoria hit and as of now I have over 4000 steps on my Fitbit, by far the highest number I've gotten before 9:30 in the morning. And I'm not even exhausted yet! I've noticed that when I really get into dieting, cheat days make me more energetic the day after. As I'm sitting here recovering from all this unaccustomed activity, I'm remembering that I've lost about 22 pounds in three weeks, I'm moving so much more than I was, and I've mostly followed my eating plans. I'm doing ok! I can continue to do ok! It's good to remember.
