Great Day Yesterday

I can hardly believe it, but I got over 13000 steps and 64 exercise minutes yesterday. At the end of 2017, I could hardly walk up the stairs at my parents' house, and now I can dance for an hour! An hour in pieces throughout the day, but still I'm amazed. Last year, I kept getting dizzy when I tried to walk around the lake close to my apartment, but I'm doing so much better this year. Yesterday I also got the good news that I get to visit my daughters in mid February, and if I add in the fact that I ate according to plan, I'm still feeling really good about yesterday. More days like that, please!
