Just for posterity, Im moving this here. This used to be on my intro page. It was nice to remember my journey, where Ive been, I dont really journal elsewhere. But Im tired of this crap on my page. So its here, in case anyone cares......cheers
OMG Reduex (6/2017)
Soooo didnt exactly stick to my goals last year. Did really well until about October...my best friend committed suicide and yeah its been one thing after another since then.
Totally new goals: HEALTH! Im not counting calories it makes me nuts. If I could get the tracker to just track macros Id be happier (protien, fat, carb) Ive just been in such poor general health lately, low energy, low immunity, systemic candida overgrowth....Im cutting down sugars and carbs, eating whole foods and healthy fats, vegetables.
So Im going to try tracking for a while and see if it helps. Im a week in and Im not even thinking about the scale.
Im drinking my coffee black people! Its that serious!
Another summer, and this time Im serious! (no, I really mean it this time) 6/23/2016
Ive had a lot of changes in the last 2 years. I mean alot. I left Spark for a full year, I was busy living life. Had a ton of fun and new experiences. Also, ate alot of candy and forgot to work out. So the 20# I lost last Spring...its back. Damn it!! Again?? Sheesh....guess you have to keep at this crap eh? Oh well, on my way, eating better and moving more, Im pretty sure thats the solution that works.
2014-Update from Feb me: I have actually started doing Yoga again! YAY ME! Yoga body here I come!
Still even more in love with my babe, Mr. Bandersnatch Cumberbum if you can believe it. (2 movies out this fall, yay!)
Still a TV junkie. Sherlock and TWD hiatus, so current obsessions TURN (yeah I know it just ended dont rub it in) and Fargo (yeah about to end, shut it!) Any ideas what to watch over the summer?
Zumba 3x week
Yoga 1x a week, but want to start home practice too.
Running: on hiatus, 110 degrees really puts a damper on my enthusiasm.
Still need to get that HRM, that should help motivate me.
Still need to lose 30+ pounds, but I have lost 10 since my reboot.
Still planning on havasupai in the fall.
Goal: Under 190-skydiving! yeah baby, thats right!

I give myself very good advice......
But I very seldom follow it......
Im starting over again. As you can see my pep talk from last May did NOT work. I checked out. However, some progress:
I DID learn to run. I did not keep it up consistently, but I can still run better now than before I started. I had started C25K last month and was doing good, then got strep and was sick as a dog and it took me 2 weeks to fully recover.
My new goals are:
