Today was better overall, but Isaac is still holding onto "I'm right." firmly. I had a good conversation with the basketball coach and got a completely different version of the discussion the two of them had on Tuesday. If what the coach says is true then it all hinges on Isaac being unhappy that he doesn't get enough game time. I saw a difference with the coaches today at the game (an amazing game even though our team lost by 4) in how they made sure to offer acknowledgement of the players on the bench. I counted the efforts towards Isaac and there were many. Isaac said, "maybe once". That right there told me his emotions are running the belief system right now regarding this coach. Hopefully Meg can help him tomorrow while they are together. I did have words with the coach about autism and was able to straighten him out on a few of Isaac's needs with communication. I'll just keep a closer communication line with the coach over the next week. Especially as the next three games are away and I won't be going to those.
I was able to get some paid work done this afternoon before heading to the game and it is feeling great to be ahead of things on several upcoming renewals. I prefer it that way! I finished up "Glee" so tonight I am back to "Scandal" as I never did finish the 5th season. We'll see if it captures my interest again or not.
Tomorrow I will have 4 hours to myself and I have some cleaning around here I'd like to do and a little paid work to prep for a client meeting on Friday morning. Might actually have two meetings. In the evening I will be taking Maegann to a Business Administration event at one of the local high schools. She received an invitation due to a recommendation from her teacher (multimedia) that she shows an aptitude for the design (media - marketing). If she does take classes the next two years towards this they are tied to a local college as well. A great opportunity for her.
Tim said he should be back around 9 tomorrow night, but that's up for change if the work in the morning doesn't go as expected. No further word on his friend, but today the family and other employees were being notified of Curt's turn for the worst.
And tomorrow is February. Where did January go? I need to spend time prioritizing things again as life seems to be going too fast right now and many things are not being paid attention to that is needed. It will come....
