Ok so today was going to be the best start of a new month, I was going to be super good and set myself up for an incredibly healthy February. The first hitch happened when my mom announced that she wants to go to the local Indian buffet for lunch today... which is so good... and Indian food is one of my weaknesses. Alright, I decided to swap a cheat day today for Sunday, and to make sure I get lots of fiber with my lunch. Very doable. I even got 12000 steps yesterday, and 43 minutes of cardio. I planned on doing something similar today. But insomnia has upset my plans. I got a little over three hours sleep last night, and couldn't get any more. My eyes feel like sandpaper this morning, and coffee only gave me stomach pains. My plan is to spend as much of the day resting as I can, maybe doing some stretches later, and hoping I sleep better tonight.
