I love this app, because I love all of you. Your encouragement and knowledge is what helps motivate me.
I took your advice from my previous post, and decided to not expect big changes, but rather take 'baby steps'.
I've managed to control my urges, listen to my body, and eat a healthier diet. I've struggle to meet my calorie intake, in the fact I go over, but the fact I'm going over with healthier foods is okay. Once I get comfortable with this I can start working on my calorie intake.
I've added a small plank challenge in my day for the past two days, and managed to meet my 10k step goal via my Fitbit. This was prior to doing nothing for exercise for the past two weeks, and usually coming up 2k short of my step goal.
So, this blog is a thanks to you. Thank you for encouraging me. Let me know how I can encourage you in your struggles to live a healthy lifestyle. I'd love to give back.
