Third Day's the Charm?

Tuesday to Friday were not good diet days, but I'm hoping the third of February works out better. I finally got a really good sleep night, the best I've had since I started wearing my Fitbit, which should help. It took me two days and nights to get over one night of bad sleep. Unfortunately, my eyes still feel sandpapery and my nose is still running constantly, but on the other hand I've gotten 20 minutes of energetic dancing in this morning. I'm too tired from it, but maybe tomorrow will be better.
