Goal in Sight!

Woohoo! I am under 162 pounds! I haven't seen that number in a few years. I may still make my goal of under 160 by the end of the month at this rate. Since losing weight, my shoes are not as tight. Oh, and my trousers, too! Yoga is still a challenge - I've never been particularly flexible. But stairs generally don't hurt any more. So many pluses to eating less and moving more!
This is trip down memory lane! back when I was young and full of vitality! My hubby and I were in the early days of our marriage and liked doing hiking. I used to bicycle to work to the tune of 15-30 miles each day. And I still thought I needed to lose weight!
