This is for any of you that may have IBS C. Constipation. I have it and I struggle with it a lot.
Any how I have found that by eating more probiotics and taking a probiotic supplement it has helped. So I have sauerkraut, chia seeds, cucumber, avocado, yogurt with cultures, Aloe Vera juice, just to name a few.
I hope and pray that this might help someone or people.
Praying for you as it's not fun.
I even tried Linzess, medicine and it didn't work.
Hang in there as there are many of us with IBS C.
Also watch the gassy foods.
