I lost all the weight from my week of irresponsible eating plus a pound

I'm at 196 now, which is great because I started out at 219 back on the 8th of January. That's a lot of weight to lose in a few days over a month! I needed to move around more, as much as I needed to do anything. Well, ok, I needed to stop eating too much, too. February has been much more challenging than January was, but I'm trying to muddle my way through. In a week, I get to visit my husband and daughters in Texas for a week, and I'm trying to plan what I'm going to do, healthwise. It should be warmer in Texas than it is here in Oklahoma, so hopefully my daughters and I can do some major walking. If I get enough exercise, I can eat more, of course. Asthma and allergies might get to me, but maybe I'll be lucky and they won't be so bad. I can adjust. I can do that. I just need to plan now and stick to my plans, if at all possible.
